How it works?

SRS uses a wet abrasive blast system, the presence of water between the media and the substrate being processed creates a lubricating cushion that protects the media and the surface from excess damage.

This has the duel advantage of lowering media breakdown and preventing impregnation of foreign materials into the surface. Hence surfaces after a SRS removal are extremely clean, there is no embedded secondary contamination from the media or previous cleaning processes, and there is no dust clinging to the surface. Subsequent coating or bonding operations are always better after wet blasting than dry blasting because of the cleanliness of the surface.

Once you have made contact with us and discussed the surface you would like to treat, we will arrange to visit the area to assess the surface.

After initial contact we will get back to you within a couple of days with a quote and when we can start our services. Once a date has been set, our team of proffesionals will be there to remove the coating on your surface.

The system has been created on a moveable trailer so it is easily transportable. After a short setup time of 15 minutes a hose is then connected to the system to start surface removal!

Immediately, precise and evenly textured surfaces will become visible, creating an even clean surface easily achieved in a fraction of the time of conventional methods.

The SRS system only uses 60 kilos of medium per hour and a little over 1 litre of water per minute.

Set up times and procedures are fast, surface cleaning speeds are rapid. Little to no encapsulation is required during the process and plant down times and job interruptions are minimal.
